Alright, for all you people looking to buy a newly-MOP flat in 2023, we will be doing a review on all these flats in these months, so stay tuned for it! Do note that we only include those with 4-room flats in the estate.

…will probably have to find a slightly older flat (90-95yrs lease left is still acceptable… come on…)
