All reno should have a given timeline

Project management is the most crucial thing in a reno.

Watch our tiktok channel if you lazy to read.

And of course for all projects, you need to have a timeline schedule.

With this schedule, the homeowner has something to refer to when they go on site to check on the progress.

The issue is many IDs/contractors don’t provide this at all, even when asked.

Come on, as homeowners, we know sometimes shit happens, things get delayed etc. - but at least have a rough timeline. Nobody is expecting it to be kept ultra stringently.

The timeline is a mere 15-30mins paper exercise, and it also helps the ID to be neat and focused.

It’s not just about keeping the homeowner informed. It’s also to show the homeowner that the ID at least has things planned out properly. No need to keep second guessing.

And from our experience, the best IDs, are those that are organised.
