Most renovations do not even cross $20,000.
When these condos TOP, most of the carpentry and tiles are already in. In particular, tiles are made of marble, giving that level of prestige.
As such, unless you really hate the look of the house (and have too much money), there are only 4 main things to be done:
Carpentry (additional such as TV console, feature wall etc.)
Electrical
Painting
Decking (if you want)
