New condos only need minimal renovation (ft. new condo bundle lobang)

The beauty of purchasing a new condo, is the minimal renovation required upon TOP.

Watch our tiktok channel if you lazy to read.

Many condos are TOP-ing in 2024. This includes high profile condos like Dairy Farm Residences and Amber Park among many others.

While these prices are considered astronomical, homeowners do save when it comes to renovation.

Most renovations do not even cross $20,000.

When these condos TOP, most of the carpentry and tiles are already in. In particular, tiles are made of marble, giving that level of prestige.

As such, unless you really hate the look of the house (and have too much money), there are only 4 main things to be done:

  • Carpentry (additional such as TV console, feature wall etc.)

  • Electrical

  • Painting

  • Decking (if you want)

These 4 things are relatively straightforward.

In fact, it is so straightforward that we decided to come up with this new condo bundle lobang.

We will connect reliable direct trade contractors (eg. carpenter, electrician, painter etc.) to you, such that you can save 30% from the ID/main contractor’s mark-up, while having full control of the quality.

If you think managing the project will be stressful, fret not. The only reason why this bundle is possible for new condos and not others like resale condo, BTOs, is precisely because it is quite straightforward.

We will also guide you.

The only caveat is that these trade contractors will only work with you if you are less than a month away or have already collected your keys.

Steps as follow:

  • Submit an enquiry here, and click “new condo bundle”

  • We will send you a transparent price list (no quotation provided - all costs based on this list)

  • Our team will create a group chat and help arrange the 1st appointment with the various contractors

  • Upon confirmation, payment will be made through us, and disbursed only upon completion (sort of like an escrow to safeguard your money)

Will this help all the new condo homeowners? We certainly hope so! Let us know if you have any other thoughts!
